Before wellness became complicated

Timeless remedies from generations past.

There was a time when caring for your family looked a lot different than it does today.

Before every cabinet was filled with products we could barely pronounce, families relied on what they knew. Honey. Garlic. Herbs. Roots. Teas. Broths. Plants from the garden. Remedies made in the kitchen and passed from one generation to the next.

Not because they were following a trend. Because this was simply how families cared for one another.

Knowledge was shared between mothers, grandmothers, neighbors and generations of people who learned how to use the ingredients around them. You knew who made something. You knew what was inside of it. And often, the person preparing it was someone who loved you.

That kind of care has always stayed with me.

I grew up in a traditional Middle Eastern family where home remedies were normal. They were part of life. When someone did not feel well, there was usually something being brewed, mixed, steeped or spooned from the kitchen.

I did not realize how deeply those traditions had shaped me until I became a mother myself.

Motherhood changed the way I looked at everything

The founder of Little Remedy Co.
Where it started

Becoming a mother made me question things I had never thought twice about before.

I started reading ingredient labels. Really reading them.

At first it was the products I was giving my children. Then I started looking at what my husband and I were taking too.

Why were there so many ingredients? Why did something so simple need such a long list? Why did I recognize almost nothing on the back of products that were supposed to be helping my family?

I found myself going back to what I already knew. The remedies I had grown up around. Simple ingredients. Things I could actually recognize. Things that had been used in homes for generations.

So I started making them for my own family. Garlic honey. Onion water. Herbal teas. Simple household remedies that did not feel new or revolutionary to me. They felt familiar.

Eventually my friends and family started asking for them too. Especially during cold and flu season, I would hear the same thing again and again.

Can you make some for me? Can you make another jar? Do you have any more?

What started in my own kitchen slowly became something I was making for the people around me.

The jar that started Little Remedy Co.

Fermented garlic honey was one of those things I kept coming back to.

Raw honey. Garlic. Time. Nothing unnecessary.

There was something about its simplicity that represented everything I wanted for my own family.

Eventually I realized that the things people around me were asking for were not difficult to find because the ingredients themselves were rare. They were difficult to find because very few companies were making them with the level of care I wanted.

I wanted to know where the ingredients came from. I wanted quality to matter. I wanted things made slowly when they needed time. I wanted products that felt beautiful enough to give as a gift but still belonged in the family remedy cupboard.

And more than anything, I wanted to build the kind of company I wished I could find when I first started searching for better options for my own home.

That became Little Remedy Co.

Made for the person on the other side of the jar

Little Remedy Co. is not about making as many products as possible. It is about making things we believe deserve a place in your home.

Every product starts with a simple question.

Would I feel good giving this to someone I love?

That question affects everything. The ingredients we choose. The honey we source. The amount of time something is allowed to prepare. The way it is packaged. The way it arrives at your door. Even the things we decide not to make.

I want you to feel taken care of when you purchase something from us. Not marketed to. Not rushed through another transaction. Taken care of.

There is a person on the other side of every order and I never want to forget that.

Simple does not mean cheap

I believe some of the best things are incredibly simple. But simple ingredients should never mean cutting corners.

Little Remedy Co. is intentionally premium because I want the quality inside the jar to be even better than the experience surrounding it.

We choose ingredients carefully. We make our products in small batches. We allow time where time matters. We care about how something tastes, feels, looks and arrives. We pay attention to details that most people may never even notice.

Because quality is not one big decision. It is hundreds of small decisions made correctly.

My goal has never been to become the cheapest option. My goal is to make something good enough that when you need it again, you already know exactly where you want to get it.

Bringing the remedy cupboard back

Somewhere along the way, wellness became complicated. There is always another powder. Another bottle. Another trend. Another ingredient we are told we suddenly need.

Little Remedy Co. is my way of going in the opposite direction. Back toward simplicity. Back toward recognizable ingredients. Back toward remedies that feel familiar. Back toward having a few beautiful, trusted things in your home that you actually reach for.

I want to help bring back the family remedy cupboard. Not as a replacement for doctors or modern medicine. But as another way of caring for ourselves and the people we love.

The tea you make when someone needs comfort. The jar of honey sitting in the cupboard. The bath you prepare after a long day. The things we do at home because caring for someone has always been about more than simply handing them a bottle.

Faith is part of everything we do

My faith is not separate from Little Remedy Co. It is part of why I care so deeply about the way this company is built.

I believe the things God created deserve our attention. I believe there is wisdom in simplicity. I believe family is something worth caring for intentionally. And I believe that the work we do should be done with honesty, gratitude and care for the person receiving it.

That does not mean pretending every plant or ingredient is a miracle. It means respecting what we have been given and being thoughtful about how we use it.

There is a reason you will see Scripture woven throughout Little Remedy Co. It is a reminder of what sits underneath everything we are building.

“Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.”

Proverbs 16:24

What you will find here

Raw honey. Fermented honey remedies. Herbal teas. Mineral and botanical bath preparations. And, over time, more of the simple household remedies that have lived in family kitchens for generations.

But you will never see us release something simply because it is trending. Every product needs a reason to exist here. It needs to make sense beside everything else we create. It needs to feel like Little Remedy Co.

Simple. Thoughtful. Beautiful. Useful. Made with ingredients you can recognize and a level of care you can feel.

From my family to yours

Little Remedy Co. started because becoming a mother made me look closer. Closer at ingredients. Closer at what I was bringing into my home. Closer at the things previous generations already understood.

What began with remedies made for my children became jars made for friends and family. Those jars eventually became this company.

And although Little Remedy Co. continues to grow, I never want the heart of it to change.

I want every person who finds us to feel like someone actually thought about them. I want you to open a package and feel the care that went into it. I want you to trust what is sitting in your cupboard.

And I want Little Remedy Co. to become one of those names your family remembers. The place you return to when you are looking for something simple. Something beautiful. Something made with intention. Something made the way we would make it for our own family.

A simpler remedy cupboard starts here.
